R8200 Digital Repeater solution based on Time-Division Multiple Access (TDMA) technology, it supports two virtual channels within a single 12.5 kHz repeater channel. This translates to two simultaneous voice calls or data paths for one license channel. And because there’s only one “real” channel, a second call doesn’t require a second repeater.
R8200 Repeater supports increase calling capacity and lower equipment costs. R8200 uses TDMA technology to provide twice the calling capacity - effectively doubles the number of users instanteously, without the cost of a second repeater.
When power stops, your communications should not. R8200 has a build-in optional connector to connect a battery for uninterrupted power supply in case of a power outage, which is the time when radio communications would be needed most.
IP Site Connect enables you to extend the reach of MOTOTRBO two-way radio system to communicate across dispersed geographical locations, across a large area with physical barriers or have seamless coverage within a high-rise building. This software feature allows you to link several single-site systems via a standard IP network, opening the door to uninterrupted voice and data communication without geographical limitations.
Capacity Plus expands a MOTOTRBO system by enabling you to stack up to 6 repeaters to trunk 12 voice or data channels – essentially accommodating as many as 1,200 users. By using a combination of those talk paths, Capacity Plus gives you the flexibility to address the communication needs of your business – including voice communication, multiple data applications or a combination of both
